How to order a product
  1.      1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)

  2.      2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.

  3.      3. Please put your order name and address.

  4.      4. Please select payment method.

  5.      5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.

  6.      6. Payment by Credit Card If you have selected, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.

  7.      ※ product color, texture, etc. due to the nature of the computer display, the actual colors may look different.

Payments

  • • Total payments for the Products (not including tax / sales tax) + shipping (tax / sales tax included)

※ All prices are displayed on the site are sales tax inclusive. ※ Not be responsible the customs taxes and duties.

  • • VISA,MASTER,AMEX,JCB are available.

   - Shipment status will be sent after payment confirmation is complete.

  • • International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)

Customs clearance and Customs duties
  1.    • Customs duties may be incurred in the delivery process according to national customs regulations. Please understand that the duties incurred in this process are the responsibility of the recipient.

  2.    • Customs duties vary depending on the delivery area or type of goods. Customs rates are based on the materials, processing and usage of the items, so please contact the relevant customs office for further information.


  3. <CAUTION>

  4.    • We are unable to resend the goods returned by your refusal to receive them. The cost of the return process is your responsibility. Only expenses incurred during the return process (return cost, customs clearance costs, etc) can be refunded.

Cancel/Exchange/Refund
  •    • We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.

  •    • Please let me know when you return the item.

  • - For Cancellation

  •    • You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.

  •    • If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.

  •    • If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.

  • - For return and replacement

  •    • If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.

  •    • Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.

  •    • Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.

  •    • As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.

  •    • Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.

  •    ※ In addition, exchange/return is carried out as per terms&policy.

  • - How to return

  •    • Please let we know within 7days after arrived the product by e-mail. 

  •    • Please note that refund will be deposited by this shop.

  •    • Buyer is responsible for the return and exchange

  •    ※ After confirming return request, if possible to return, we will guide you about the return fee.

  • - Case of impossible return

  •    • non-defective, shipped correctly item

  •    • Doesn’t have any reason for return

  •    • customer tear off the tag, label and price from the product.

  •    • All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received

  •    • Any scratch and damage by customer

  •    • Products must be returned in the original box or packing

  •    • If you have not follow the return schedule

  •    • For same categories goods,please copy the original item or damaged package
